Giveaway: Trouble the Water by Nicole Seitz

Are you ready for this week’s giveaway? Great!

This week I’m giving away my once read copy of Trouble the Water by Nicole Seitz. This is really a unique book, and I really enjoyed it. To read more about Trouble the Water and Nicole Seitz, see this post. To read my full review, see this post.

Now for the giveaway. To enter, just leave a comment on this post. I’ll close comments at 12 noon next Friday and pick a winner using a random number generator.

This contest is only open to U.S. residents, due to high shipping costs. After I pick a winner, I will contact that winner by email. It is your responsibility to get back to me within one week with your mailing address, or I will draw another winner.

I think that about covers it! Go ahead and enter. I think you’ll really enjoy this book I did!

Thanks to all who participated!  I don’t have another giveaway this week.  I got a little bit behind in my reading this week, and I didn’t finish a book.  I promise to have another book ready for giveaway next Friday, though, so be sure to check back!

It’s Time for the Spring Reading Challenge!

SRTmd-2-1 It’s springtime, and it’s time for the Spring Reading Challenge! Katrina at Callapidder Days hosts the annual reading challenge, where those who love to read can set some goals and make it a point to get reading. Your list can be as big or as small as you like. Just make it a point to read. If you’d like to participate, just head to Callapidder Days to read the official rules.

My spring reading list is pretty extensive. I’ve got a long list of books to review. And I’m planning on a lot of giveaways, too! So here’s the list, and do check back frequently if you like to win books!

Fiction

Non-Fiction

I know this is a huge list, but I’m confident I can get this done. I love to read. I just have to get off my computer long enough to get started. :)

Now head on over to Callepiddar Days, so you can join the challenge too!

For those who read this site in a feed reader

I apologize for the partial feeds.  I’m working to get that fixed, so you can see full feeds in your reader.  Hopefully it will be fixed soon.  I will keep trying until I figure out what the problem is.

Thank you for your patience!

Welcome to my Bookshelf!

As an avid reader, I’ve always wanted a place to track the things I’ve read. To remember why I liked or didn’t like a book. This is that place.

I have two other blogs, beingfrugal.net and From Under the Clutter, and occasionally I read books pertinent to those blogs. Rather than trying to post book reviews on both of those sites, I created Lynnae’s Bookshelf to host my reviews.

In addition to reading lots of non-fiction, I’m also a fan of fiction, particularly Christian fiction. Earlier this year I joined the Christian Fiction Blog Alliance and the FIRST Day Blog Alliance to promote Christian fiction. The CFBA reviews a book every week, and the FIRST Day Alliance posts the first chapter of a book on the first day of each month (so look forward to a chapter tomorrow).

You can expect 2-3 book reviews here on any given week. Since I’m trying to keep clutter out of my house, you can also expect frequent book giveaways. In fact, my very first giveaway will start tomorrow! So be sure to check back!
