This looks like a good book. And for my favorite book of all time, that’s a tough one! I really liked The Catcher and the Rye.. And Mrs. Dalloway and the Hours. I also enjoy chick-lit style books, but I can’t think of any one in particular that stood out for me.

My favorite book is “A Bridge Too Far” by Cornelius Ryan. Incredible accounts about operation “Market Garden” in Dec of 1944. I think it was made into a really bad movie at some point, but the book is amazing.

  3. Nancy on March 28th, 2008

My favorite book of all time is probably “Little Women,” but if I could pick a series, it would be the Nancy Drew books.

I’d love to win this book. My favorite book? Oh, goodness…impossible to choose. I really like Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice”, and I adore the “Little House on the Prairie” books. I’ve still got the set I got as a child. What about you, Lynnae…? Did you mention your favorite?

My favorite book of all time is To Kill A Mockingbird. It made a lasting impression when I first read it at age 10.

Please enter my name into your drawing. My favorite book of all time is Turquoise by Marilynn Griffith. I loved the entire Shades of Style Series, but that book was my favorite. Nothing I’ve read to date has made me laugh, cry and feel for the characters the way that book did.

My favorite book is usually the one I am reading at the moment! But, if I had to pick another one, it would be a childhood favorite, A Child’s Garden of Verses by Robert Louis Stevenson. I bought a dogeared copy to share with my grandchildren. And speaking of snow, we had 2.5 inches here on the Oregon coast for Spring break also :) brrr!

Also my favorite book is the one I’m currently reading. If not I quit reading it and give it away. I can’t think of an all time favorite now but enjoyed all the Left Behind series.

My favorite books of all time are the Little House Series by Laura Ingles Wilder.

It’s so hard to choose a favorite book; I love so many. But I think I’m gonna have to go with Tale of Two Cities by Dickens. Such a profound book!
